Vacuum Furnace Brazing

This specific process is done at a low atmospheric pressure, with the absence of oxygen so as to remove any contaminates in the air.

This allows for a flux-free and gaseous atmosphere that makes brazing possible. The even heating of the part and slow process allows for the part to be brought up to temperature in a uniform fashion, making this process suitable for complex designs, that often have many joints that need to be brazed in the same process.
